Changed My Mind, please help!!

I installed UBUNTU on my netbook and i cant get on with it, so i want to go back to windows. I have an .iso file on a USB but it wont boot and i cant run the .exe from UBUNTU.

This is an Ubuntu support forum. You want to install Windows which is beyond the scope here. I suggest you post on a Windows forum

i know its an ubuntu forum, and ubuntu is the os im using, how do i get rid of it?

unfortunately not, i have the .iso file, and ubuntu will open this but will not run the setup.exe for windows and i am for some reason unable to boot from the usb

Putting the .iso on a USB drive doesn't make your USB drive bootable. I suggest you search on how to do this. If you want to try to run a .exe, you can try installing wine, but i doubt it will run the Windows installation process smoothly.
