11.04 classic changes desktop theme

11.04 classic changes desktop theme from my selected ambiance to custom. It does this at random logins.
Any ideas.
 I have seen in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1575703&page=1 that it also happened in 10.10

I much prefer the old classic desktop to the new presentation.
