Try:

sudo apt-get --reinstall -y install os-prober; sudo os-prober; sudo update-grub

What do you mean by "My files are saved in Ubuntu"....?

In a terminal. You can run one with CTRL+ALT+T

The files being in the NTFS partition isn't incredibly relevant to the issue.
