How to uninstall Ubuntu installed in dualboot mode

Please tell how many operative system do you have on your pc, i mean is Ubuntu the unique operative system you have on the pc... ?

Then please tell do you have installed Ubuntu side by side in dual boot mode or using Wubi ?

no i didn't use Wubi i burn it on the CD and i boot it and then there was one of the option says that u can install it alogside with your current operating system and they make a partition.... and i want to get every single thing back to its origin
