Ubuntu 11.04 bug

Asked by VINAY Kr. SHARMA

Hi!,

I have upgraded Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 before few days since today. It was working fine but now I am facing some problems. Just help me to restore the Ubuntu 10.10.
Problems are as below:
1. Only showing desktop not any taskbar and top applications bar is showing.
2. Window is not decorated with border like close, minimize/maximize, restore button and title bar.
3. Alt+F2 not working
4. Created a short cut on desktop using application launcher and put command, but it is not working.

Please help me ASAP.

Thanks

You cannot downgrade back to Ubuntu 10.10. If you want Ubuntu 10.10 back, you'll have to back up your documents, erase the Ubuntu 11.04 system, do a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.10, reinstall all your software, and restore your documents.

Do you want help doing that, or help/information regarding the specific bugs you're experiencing, or both? (Or neither?)

Log a bug. Natty is NOT ready and NOT stable. If you want a stable OS then use Maverick. If you want a half-ready OS with bugs and feature holes but are happy to put up with them to log bugs to get the OS ready for release then use Natty.

Can you help with this problem?
