Read https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BurningIsoHowto and check md5sum.If that is fine burn iso on lower possible speed and when you boot check disc for errrors. If it is O.K. go for install. If iso is corrupted then download same iso again with torrent and point download to the folder where existing iso is.Torrent will just check iso for bad files and replace them with good ones. After that check md5 sum again.

Have a look at:https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM and http://zootlinux.blogspot.com/2010/05/check-disc-for-defects-in-ubuntu-1004.html
If there are OK, please provide more complete and accurate data on issue (like error messages).

Can you help with this problem?
