I can't get past the "Who are you?" screen on Netbook Remix 10.10 using an Asus EEE PC 1018PB

I'm trying to install Ubuntu Netbook Remix 10.10 on an Asus EEE PC 1018PB, but when I get to the "Who are you?" screen, the "Forward" button is grayed out and I can not click on it. Please help.
