Will Ubuntu work on Dell Latitude d610

I need to know if the most up to date version of ubuntu will run seemlessly on a dell latitude d610. seemlessly as in can i just install and go or do i need to find drivers to make wifi/bluetooth or keyboard/trackpad or display both intergrated or s video out.
