My cpu wont run on ubuntu

I never had this problem with winows but with ubunt it wont run. (no it dosent run from bios nor a switch )
it cools cpu ther needs to be a controller in ubuntu

What? That doesn't sound right -- are you talking about the CPU fan? If this is not controlled on your motherboard (and has anything to do with your OS), your chip would possibly burn out during post -- before any operating systems load.

what do you mean?
have you installed ubuntu or the livecd don't work for you

and what is your hardware?
