I am ready to install from a live cd...will all other disks that are saved and listed in the computer also be installed

gvfs will hopefully manage mounting the other partition mountings, which is what I am guessing you mean.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I think you just answered my question...LOL
I am new to this and I am fixing to take the plunge into the linux world and before I hit that install button, I just wanted to make sure all the disks I see listed would also be installed, do not care if windows is not installed...I hope it will be inside of Ubuntu...no looking back...LOL

Soooo, I am scared to death, but I am fixing to hit that install button and let her rip....LOL
