Forward button won't highlight during installation.

I've gotten to the point where Ubuntu is actually installing and at the same time it prompts me to answer configuration questions such as the timezone, type of keyboard and after that screen it brings me to the computer name screen where you also set up a user name and password and the forward button won't highlight so I can't continue. Its been 30 mins like this now and I've had all the info filled in the entire time.
