Install of v10.10 holds up on "Who are you?" screen

Trying to install Ubuntu desktop v10.10 over my Windows Vista OS. while installing the program seems to be waiting for me to press forward at the "Who are you ?" Screen but the button is faded out. All fields are filled in to I'm not sure what the problem is.
