No boot ubuntu 10.10 Desktop

Asked by Kyle Bates

I've tried to get Ubuntu to 10.10 to dual boot with windows xp and windows 7. Neither worked. So I tried installing just Ubuntu 10.10 by its self. It installs fine from the disk, the try me version, everything worked great. I restart after the install and Ubuntu will not load at all. The HDD is a 80gb Master Drive and there are 3 other HDD as slave drives. I know the CD I created works because I installed it on multiple computers and it worked just fine. This one just seems odd. No loader comes up at all. Any ideas? I don't want to be stuck using windows.
