Forward button not available to continue install of 10.10

Asked by Thomas Ahrendt

Installing Ubuntu 10.10 to an external hard drive. Location and keyboard layout choices entered successfully. Entered Nane, Computer Name, User Name, Password, and selected "Require my password to log in". The file copy completed and I am now stuck at a prompt stating "Ready when you are...", but the Forward button is greyed out. I have green checks next to all of the required fields. Does anyone have any ideas on this? What do I need to do to continue? Please advise. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

At install step Use ONLY lower case characters and use only letters and numbers (don't use anything like fullstops or hyphens or spaces in your username)
