You don't uninstall Ubuntu, as it is an OS.
If you have a dual boot system, boot on Ubuntu CD, choose "Try without install", System->Administration->Gparted.
Then delete swap and ext4 partition, and then extend NTFS partition.
After, you will have to reinstall Windows MBR:
