need lots of help with instal

I downloaded ubuntu from their website today. I did their directions and put it on a flash drive. It turns on fine but whenever it boots up it says I can try it or instal it. I've instaled it like 3 times but Everytime It says it needs to be done again. What am I doing wrong?

did you remove the usb drive and boot off the hard drive?

Made an Ubuntu install flash isn't like to install Ubuntu from an usb stick with the Ubuntu live installer on it...

So please tell us in short what have you done...

Whenever I try to instal it, it will instal fine then when in restart it, it will take me right back to the instal or try utbunu screen.. and I've set it to boot from the hard drive

You have to remove USB key before booting from hard drive.
