What did you mean ? Ubuntu installer collect partition table data.

When you were installing Ubuntu, installer asked you if you wanted to use whole disk, and you answer yes. So it erased all existing partitions!

Well, then, you selected the wrong option. When you install, you can choose to install Ubuntu in a new partition, in an existing partition, or in the whole HDD. In this case, yoou selected to use the WHOLE partition, and that means that ALL data has been ERASED with no recovery options.
