Where are located *.mo files in the installed ubiquity package for /debian/real-po source directory?

There aren't any, because these are debconf translations and debconf doesn't use .mo files. They're built into /var/lib/dpkg/info/ubiquity.templates.

But if I edit translation string in file /var/lib/dpkg/info/ubiquity.templates this action dont change real translation when I run Ubiquity. May be somewhere is a cache of ubiquity.templates?

Yes, it's loaded into /var/cache/debconf/templates.dat when the package is installed.
