DST implementation in linux system

Dear sir,

DST automated apply/remove in linux gateway by tzdata packages.

Any one can guide me how can i get a trigger or event when DST apply/remove in linux gateway.

so i can call a callback when trigger or event geted.

i wan to restart some services when timezone changed.
