tzdata2018f has been released but still no packet on lanchpad.net

There is an update in tzdata according Russian law. It is critical to release package tzdata 2018f for all supported version ubuntu. It is also critical to do it before 28 oct 2018. When community can received new package?

The publication date of tzdata2018f was yesterday.
Debian has already got a first version in "sid (unstable)", and I assume that the other Debian releases as well as Ubuntu will follow within the coming days (or eventually weeks).
Please be a bit patient.
