2018c upstream release

When 2018c new upstream release will be available on Xenial? We have some changes in next Brazil DST (not in 2017c).

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later.

Ubuntu is about a rock solid experience (especially in the LTS releases) so packages are rarely updated.
