what is javazi

 i was looking throw the list in disk usage analyzer and under shared it listed javazi then under it, it listed a bunch of countries . i looked in synaptic package manager for it and it was not found .
 so what is this and what is it for ?

 so this is part of time and date updater , or part of ntp support .
