Magic Jack internet phone compatability with Ubuntu?

I nave a Magic-jack Internet phone I uses with Windows previously and now would like to renew and use in my Ubuntu OS? Can I do that and how is it done. If not can I use the type that is Internet only? If so, do you recommend the INTERNET only phone or the Magic Jack?

 if you look on the web site for magic jack it says windows not linux .
magic jack just won`t work yet !

I'm curious -- were you able to get Magic Jack working by using those instructions?

Eliah,
No, I kind of gave up on the proposition for now but would really like to get my magic jack working again without having to use a virtual windows which is inconvenient.
Any ideas for helping a novice like me will be greatly appreciated.
