The version of the package on http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/turtleart is 98 (published 4 years ago),

whereas the actual version is 209 https://github.com/walterbender/turtleart/releases/tag/v209

I suggest you report a bug. If the security and bug fixes are significant then the package will be updated

Turtle Art has been renamed "Turtle Blocks".

Please run these Terminal commands to install turtleblocks version 209 :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:alanjas/turtleblocks

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install turtleblocks
