tsclient and ica citrix in ubuntu hardy

the ica option is grey, can't be selected, I found many forums explaining what software needs to be installed to have ica protocol working, but all refer to other versions of ubuntu, I could not find the way for ubuntu hardy

I have tried to solve the problem by setting the permissions of all citrix-client files but it dosn't work. It's always the same error message.
