Asked by raidor

is it possible to export torrents form Transmisson so you get the torrent file back (i deleted them)? I googled it and searched the transmission forums but didn't found something related.

I don't think so, what happens is that after you are done downloading
the torrents it only saves the data not the torrent file itself. One
thing you can do is that the torrents file have a readme file which
tells you where you got then from. Then go back to that source and
download the .torrent file

If you want to export them, you can copy them from $HOME/.config/transmission/torrents/ directory
But if you deleted/removed them, they will no longer be located there, and you will have to go back to the source to download the .torrent file again.
