Can't create loaded torrent file

Hi!
How to create torrent file in transmisson?
I created a few files put there trackers and went to virtual machine to download from there this files and couldn't

How can I create torrent file and download from virtual machine or somebody else will able to download them?

yes, I now recreated new torrent file using that instruction.

in my torrent I opened this fiele and seeding and run virtual machine
there downloaded this file and open in transmission and I can't download it.

What is reason that my files don't download?

One guy suggested that I have to download my torrent file to tracker site, then download torrent from tracker and this will works, because tracker site make some changes in torrent file.

I used your instruction and it doesn't work, sorry :( ....

Can you try to download my torrent from your computer?
I asked some guys and they said my torrent is downloadable and have 1 seed and 100kb speed.
it might I can't download torrent because my seed - local computer and my leech - vritual machine have the same IP
and tracker refused leeching.
I can't download from all my network, desctop computer and notebook.

ok, I've made research and reason it's that we can't test how torrents work using VM. Because your VM and your seed has the same IP.
People said my torrent works. and all right.
For test whether your torrent work the best way it's ask somebody to download it. if he could it means all right.
