Cant get torrent into rhythym box music player

I downloaded an album using the transmission program and i cant load it into the rythymbox music player

Rhythmbox should automatically find any music files you place in the Music folder under your home folder. For any music you want to appear in Rhythmbox, try copying it into the Music folder.

If the music files are in an archive (e.g. a zip file), you'll need to extract the zip file first by right-clicking on it and selecting "Extract here".

Thanks for the help. I had a frined with ubuntu show me how but i appreciate your help.
