"No data found" in Transmission after rebbot.

Running Ubuntu 10.10, Transmission 2.04. After every reboot to my system, Transmission comes back and says there is no data found on any of my previously active torrents.

Any suggestions?

Where are you saving your torrents?

To my media drive, not my main. I don't think the 2nd drive mounts on start up so I believe that Transmission doesn't see the files?

How do I get the other drive to mount on start up?
