how to run transmission in background

hello.

i want to run transmission even after i close it.

like i run rhythmbox music player, even i close it runs on the panel to the top left screen.

i want to do the same with the transmission.

Edit > Preferences > Desktop > Show Transmission icon in the notification area

Then, click on the icon in the notification area.
