Hi, regarding this bug, its marked as fix released hence this must have been pacakged.

I can't find the package in the repository or any link to download the package?

Am I confusedm can someone please point me in right direction? :)

The package is in Intrepid, which is planned for release in October. The package can be found here, but you might have trouble using it in Hardy or older releases: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/t/touchfreeze/
