Totem Movie Player 2.26.1

i have problem to play movie clip with my Totem Movie Player 2.26.1, because the player doesn't have required plugin. so how i can get the update and how to install the update. For information i just use ubuntu for 2 week. So i have zero knowladge about it.

1) What is the required plugin?
2) What kind of movie video clip are you trying to play? What is its extension?
3) Generally, you cannot play an encrypted commercial DVD unless you have installed the Medibuntu Repository and/or the package: libdvdcss2 See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu
4) Does it have to be Totem? The most versatile media player, which plays DVDs, is probably: vlc

for my problem
1. the player need for amr plugins
2. itry to play 3gp files with *.3gp extension

Look at "Amr decoder" n - http://ohioloco.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1228872

It suggests that the way forward is to install Realplayer.
