USB boot disk creator-suggestions

Hi,
I found that the USB boot disk creator is very useful.
I have a suggestion:
>When a USB stick is plugged in, the "format" option is not always available.
it requires me to format the stick manually from gparted.

so is there a way to format the stick through the window itself?
I mean can we just add the format option in the window all times?
