totem package

cannot install gxine because of computer type (i386)

I cant add any software to play audio's or videos keeps on saying cannot download all repositories indexie. some one please show me a step to step method of making this thing work PLEASE!

Hello

Hmm.. Might be a transient... Wait for some time OR

Click System > Administration > Software Sources
Click the Download From menu and choose other
Click the Select Best Server button and wait till it finds one.
Click Choose Server

and then do

sudo apt-get install gxine
