What is the location?
How is it stored?

You need to give us a lot more details than this if you want help.

You haven't even stated the release of Ubuntu.... Nothing.....

I am trying to isolate the bug. I have installed Firebug on all websites. Will revert after I have failed.

Backup location ‘/https:/one.ubuntu.com/api/file_storage/v1/volumes/~/deja-dup/dfmiranda-Inspiron-3541’ does not exist.Backup location ‘/https:/one.ubuntu.com/api/file_storage/v1/volumes/~/deja-dup/dfmiranda-Inspiron-3541’ does not exist. When I try to backup the notification appears ' Backup Failed - Site does not exist'

Ubuntu one is no more. The service was cancelled long long ago.

Which site must I now use for my Backup?

Any you like. I use Dropbox. There is no "must use" about it. You have freedom and choice.
