dvd decryption library install

I tried to play a new DVD I just purchased.
It plays for a while, but then freezes, and says I need to install a DVD decryption library.
Went to the Ubuntu Software Center. It shows that I have libdvdread4 installed. Why is my DVD not working?

Are you telling me my answer is somewhere in that forum?
I see that someone has suggested rebooting after installation of libdvdread4. But I installed this software a long time ago, and have rebooted many times.
I wonder if anyone can tell me why libdvdread4 is suddenly not working.

I'm stilll to read through the pages you recommended.
Every DVD I have works except for one. It will play for a while, but then quits and gives me the error message about encryption.

Can you help with this problem?
