How do you rotate the view on a video using Movie Player

I have been emailed a short video clip and it needs to be rotated as it's showing on it's side at the moment! How do I do this on Movie Player?

You can do this in VLC with tools->effects and filters->video effects->transform->rotate by 90 degrees

P.S. This is probably not posssible in your version of totem, as this functionality was only added late last year, and has likely not made it into a release version (i have not confirmed this).
