No video movie access on my DVD drive missing plugin - DVD Source

Asked by Daniel Kern

I am using Ubuntu 1104 Release, (just installed). Audio works after downloading plugin. Video on my liteon 24x DVD player will not play using the stock video player that comes with Ubuntu 1104. The computer is a Gateway E-6000 with 1.5 gig of ram and a 207 gig hard drive. When I insert a video DVD. a message appears that says a plugin is missing to run this disk. The plugin info is DVD Source. Where can I download this file or what do I need to do in order to play movies with this version?
