Don't have a DVD decryption library

I tried to play a DVD in "Movie Player" and ubuntu said i don't have a DVD decryption library installed. Where/how do i get it?

A decryption library is not shipped for legal reasons. In some parts of the world, key retrieval (which is how dvd decryption works), may not have been fully legally tested.

Assuming you are in an appropriate region, you can install the ubuntu-restricted-extras package, and run the decryption installer command, as shown here:
