My CD is not working with movie player the error shows no URI handler implemented. What to do to view and listen the cd ?

when I insert CD everytime and tried to open the same with movie player but the message displaying is NO URI IMPLEMENTED For CD. what to do or install for running of the same.

I'm not sure if this will make a difference for the sound cd but try

sudo apt-get install libdvdread4

    Then open a terminal window and execute:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
