Subtitle in Movie Player

Hi

I'm having problem with the subtitle timing, whatever I do Forward or Backward the clip the subtitle doesn't appear just in case
I play the clip properly or slow it down so the program know where the correct time

I hope you help me in this :(

No it doesn't
If you are going to tell me the other players
They doesn't support Arabic

Yes , I can but there is no benefit without seeing the good subtitle
for other media player like ( Gnome MPlayer , KPlayer )
 can I know the best encoding for Arabic instead of UNICODE?

Ok but do the other players keep the timing? We may be able to get them to support Arabic if they ARE good. Try thinking outside the box...

I have tried the timing in the other players they were working perfectly
and they give the right translation in the correct time

Yes , the subtitle moving along with the time but not Arabic . The subtitle appear like symbols because of the encoding

What player are you using with good timings and I'll see what I can find. Least you know the subtitles are not to blame :)

The other player is GNOME MPlayer which is different from that one in Ubuntu which is Movie Player
