sudo wget --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list && sudo apt-get --quiet update && sudo apt-get --yes --quiet --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring && sudo apt-get --quiet update; sudo apt-get install vlc ubuntu-restricted-extras w32codecs gnome-mplayer

I assume 32bit OS and Gnome desktop. If any is wrong then let me know, using that big command in a terminal will allow you to pretty much play anything.

Can you help with this problem?
