Ubuntu Theme Mac

Hey,
I was experimenting on Ubuntu themes and I downloaded one that it would make it look like Mac from this site

Well it looks like Mac but I want to change back to my old one.. (it is the default what Ubuntu had when I installed them)
Is there any way to delete this one and put back my old one?
