totem package

All extra software for Totem player are installed but I still can not get it working

I am new to Ubuntu and I don't now what my problem with Totem Player is. I have installed all extra resources libdvdnav4, libdvdread4, gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad, gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly. I still cant get it working?? Every time I insert a DVD I get an error message 'Cannot read from resource'

Can anyone help me??

Did you run:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh; sudo wget --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list && sudo apt-get --quiet update && sudo apt-get --yes --quiet --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring && sudo apt-get --quiet update; sudo apt-get -qq upgrade
