Feature request for permanent "Always on top" and "Always on visible space"

Hello,

I would like to be able to go into "Edit" then "Preferences" and have settings available so that I can do the following three things:

1) Set the "Always on top" feature to permanent
2) Set the "Always on visible Workspace" as permanent
3) Open with the bottom toobar hidden on open (Ctr+H)

I would like these features because I watch a lot of movies in a small window in the upper corner while I am doing other things on the computer. This would allow me to click on a video file and have the window open with all these option automatically rather than having to manually set all these each and every single time I open a videol

Please consider adding these features in a future update.
