i am trying to watch time tv on internet, i can not

i go to time tv webside but i am not able to watch the programs.
what shoud i do?

You can use the Applications→Ubuntu software center to install the package

 or use the terminal to install it

In short please open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type or copy and paste, a row a time then press enter:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

As marcoba stated above, the series of commands will install the ubuntu-restricted-package and that should take care of playing the media, in any case it doesn't you can always install vlc (sudo apt-get install vlc) and then go to Media -> Open network Stream -> Type in the address and that should do it :)
