Ho do I get a DVD source plugin to enable me play movies.

I am a new user of UBUNTU 9,04. When I tried to play a DVD I got the following error message "The playback of this movie requires a DVD source plugin which is not installeded to play" How do I get the source plug in?

You need the libdvdcss2 package from the medibuntu repo
