how to play video file from cache of .mozilla/firefox

how we could play video files which was downloaded in cache of .mozilla/firefox (while viewing it) in mozilla firefox, afterwards without internet

Indulal,

I'm going to make the assumption you are referring to Flash video files. For other types of video files this may not apply.

When you watch a Flash video, it is temporarily downloaded to the /tmp folder with a name like FlashrqaiSV (this was from a YouTube video I was watching).

But when you start another video, or close Firefox the file is deleted.

So, I don't believe it is possible to surf though your previously viewed flash videos as you can with other web content.
