how do i delete an xxx video off my recently used file

Places > Recent Documents > Clear Recent Documents.

i tryed that and nothing is in my documents cause u know how u open ur movie player and in movies bar theres a recently used how do i delete that off my computer

You could edit this file manually from your home directory:

gksudo gedit .recently-used.xbel

Just search for the file name, then delete the entire <bookmark href=...> to </bookmark> tags for the entry you want to remove.

easiest way is remove totem and reinstall. That is the easy way then you are sure it is gone.
