utempter in tmux build

Hi,

I need to get the logname from 'who am i' command within tmux. This used to work on 16.04 lts on tmux 2.1-3build1. Unfortunately with the 18.04 lts (bionic) build of tmux, I get a blank response.

After some research, I had to build tmux from source with the --enable-utempter option to get 'who am i' to work correctly.

The build dependencies for the 18.04 lts (bionic) package specifies libutempter-dev as a dependency, yet the package is not built with the --enable-utempter option enabled. Is this something which can be included in future build?
